1. Click this link:  Showcase Order Form

2. In your file browser menu click “File/Save as” and save the order form to desired location on your computer.

3. Go to the location on your computer where you saved the form and open it by double clicking. It should open in Acrobat.

4. Print out the order form and bring with you to the the photo session.

There will also be order forms available Studio 1 which you can fill out at the time of the photo session.

Please Note: Orders must be paid in full at the time of the session and their is a minimum order requirement of $25.00.
