2015Showcase Photo Order Form

1. Click this link: Showcase Order Form
2. In your file browser menu click “File/Save as” and save the order form to desired location on your computer.
3. Go to the location on your computer where you saved the form and open it by double clicking. It should open in Acrobat.
4. Print out the order form and bring with you to the Showcase on either Saturday or Sunday during the times listed below.
There will also be order forms available at the Showcase which you can fill out at the time of the photo session.
Your student must know to come in to Studio 1 to get his/her picture taken. We do not automatically photograph each student in the school. Please leave enough time for your student to have his/her picture taken and be back stage in time for call.
Please Note: Orders must be paid in full at the time of the session and their is a minimum order requirement of $25.00.
